1. Nature of Our Products

All WishPen products are digitally delivered services — such as downloadable software, AI tools, and online subscriptions. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Once payment is successfully completed, the user will receive immediate access to the purchased plan, tool, or feature.
• Delivery is considered completed once login credentials, activation details, or access links are made available to the registered user.
• In case of delays due to system issues or failed payment confirmation, access will be restored within 24–48 hours after verification.

3. Account Activation

After completing your purchase, WishPen automatically activates the corresponding features or credits in your account. You will receive confirmation via:

• Email (sent to your registered email ID)
• Dashboard notification inside your WishPen account

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

• If you have not received access or confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
• In most cases, failed deliveries are due to incorrect email addresses or temporary payment gateway errors.
• Our support team will verify your payment and manually activate your account if necessary.
