At WishPen, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which users may request a refund or cancel their subscriptions.
1. Subscription and Payment
All paid services or subscriptions on WishPen must be purchased through our official website or authorized platforms. Payments once processed are non-transferable and linked to the user’s account.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your active plan or subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will stop future billing and downgrade your account at the end of the current billing period.
- No charges will be applied after cancellation, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment made for the same service or plan.
- Technical errors or payment gateway issues resulting in failed access to purchased services.
- Purchase made by mistake, reported within 48 hours, with no service usage.
Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund is available for successfully delivered AI-generated scripts, outputs, or downloads.
- No refund is provided for services purchased during promotional offers, sales, or free-trial upgrades.
- Refunds are not granted if the user violates the Terms & Conditions.
5. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- WishPen reserves the right to verify and approve all refund requests before processing.
